2. Eligibility & Use of Website

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on this website. Parents or legal guardians may purchase products on behalf of minors.

• Misrepresent your identity or payment information

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by carriers

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a product defect. Campfire Cam is a physical product intended for personal use and, once opened or used, cannot be returned or resold.

6.2 Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@campfirecam.com. To be eligible for review, you must provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence of the defect or damage. If the issue is verified, Campfire Cam reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide a replacement product or issue a refund or store credit.

6.3 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear, or items returned without prior written authorization.

6.4 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Campfire Cam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to resolve any delivery issues.

6.5 Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. USE OF THE PRODUCT

Campfire Cam is a physical camera product intended to be used as designed.

By purchasing and using the product, you agree that:

• You are responsible for supervising minors using the device
• You will use the product safely and as intended
• We are not responsible for misuse, damage, or unsafe use of the product

8. PHOTOS, CONTENT & DATA

Campfire Cam does not access, view, store, transmit, or monitor any photos or videos captured using the device.

Photos and videos are stored only on the SD card inside the device. You are solely responsible for:

• Managing your SD card
• Backing up your photos and videos
• Any loss, deletion, or corruption of files

We are not responsible for lost or damaged data.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Branding
• Product designs
• Text, graphics, and images

is the property of Campfire Cam or its licensors and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our products and website are provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Any warranties provided are limited to those expressly stated in writing.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campfire Cam and Reed Gallagher Photography LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or misuse of the product
• Loss of data or photos
• Delays in shipping or delivery
• Website interruptions or errors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
